Lara is an award-winning graphic designer who has worked in design agencies in San Francisco, Atlanta and London. She has been designing for the web since 1998 for cutting-edge web companies and digital agencies. Her clients include Levis, AT&T, T-mobile, Channel Four, ITV, Disney, Fox Kids, Cartoon Network and British Airways. Lara brings an extensive knowledge of graphics for the web and a special interest in company branding and website useability to Explosive Media.
Ben Hardyment
Managing Director
Ben has been an entrepreneur since starting an early online gaming community "The UK Doom Ladder" in 1994. A little more recently he sold Webflix.co.uk, the UK's first online DVD rental business, to LoveFilm.com in 2005. In addition to web projects, Ben freelanced on commercials for clients such as Pepsi, Tesco, Yellow Pages, and Nintendo as an assistant director. He brings over ten years of experience in building websites, trading domain names and film and video production to Explosive Media.
Mat White
Technical Director
Mat has been a professional web, application and database developer since graduating with a Masters degree in Systems Engineering in 1998. After initial stints as a Systems Analyst and a Digital Media programmer, Mat worked as a financial and property software consultant. He is the founder and creator of the popular website dvd-subtitles.com and specialises in both proprietary and open-source programming and database development. Mat now brings his extensive technical expertise to Explosive Media.
